What we collect

When you send a request: the service, your city and optional postal area, timing, a short description, your name, email and optional phone. If you create an account, your email and the requests you make. Professionals provide business, contact and listing details.

What we don't ask for

We don't ask for medical history, diagnoses or health records, and our forms ask you not to include them.

Why we use it

• To review your request and share it with matching professionals, which you agree to on the form.
• To send marketing emails, only if you tick the separate, optional box.
• To prevent spam and abuse, using a one-way hash of your network address for rate limiting.

Who sees it

Evalynn staff who handle requests, and professionals we've approved for a specific request. Matched professionals first see only the service, broad area, timing and date. Your name, contact details and message are released only after an authorized unlock for that request.

Tracking

Evalynn doesn't currently run advertising pixels. If that changes, form contents and health related categories will never be sent to advertising or analytics tools.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Contact details for privacy requests will be published once confirmed by the owner.
